WINE CLUB

Imagine a book club, but instead of discussing chapters, we're exploring wines, regions, and the stories behind them. Each month, we'll gather right here to taste and discuss four carefully selected wines. You'll also take home a bottle, receive expert guidance from Tamsin, and build lasting connections with budding wine enthusiasts.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our wine club brings together a group of 12 wine enthusiasts. We meet monthly at Spill over six months. This small, intimate setting allows you to build genuine connections with fellow members while developing your wine knowledge and appreciation together.

Each monthly session includes guided tastings of four different wines led by our wine expert, Tamsin, from Wine Curious. You'll learn tasting techniques, regional characteristics, grape varieties, and how to appreciate wine in a structured yet relaxed environment.

After each session, you'll take home a carefully selected bottle of wine to continue your exploration. This gives you the opportunity to practice your newfound skills - sipping, tasting, smelling, and analysing at your own leisure. Your personal Wine Club notebook provides the perfect place to record your observations and impressions.

The six-month commitment ensures your wine knowledge builds progressively, with each session expanding on previous learning. Meeting the same group each month creates a comfortable, social atmosphere where questions flow freely and shared discoveries enhance the experience.

By the end of your journey, you'll have started to develop your wine palate, have a deeper appreciation of wine, and made lasting connections with your fellow wine enthusiasts.
