SPILL LOYALTY SCHEME - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By joining Spill Loyalty, you agree to these terms. Eligibility: The scheme is open to anyone 18+ with one account per person—no sharing or transferring allowed. Earning Drops: You earn 1 Drop per coffee and 3 Drops per cocktail (anything from our £12 cocktail menu). You don't earn drops on spirits, soft drinks, food, cake, or anything purchased using drops. You must identify yourself at purchase via the QR or by giving your email to staff—drops can't be added later if you forget. Redeeming Drops: Redeem 10 Drops for a free coffee or 20 Drops for a free cocktail by telling us when you order (via app or in-store). You can't combine drops with other offers or discounts, and free items don't earn more drops. Drop Expiry: Drops never expire as long as your account stays active. Account Security: Keep your login details safe and tell us immediately at hello@spillbar.co.uk if your account is compromised—you're responsible for account security. Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@spillbar.co.uk and your drops will be forfeited. We can suspend or cancel your account if you break these rules, we suspect fraud or abuse, you create multiple accounts, provide false information, or try to manipulate the system—when we cancel, you lose all drops with no exceptions. Changes to Scheme: We reserve the right to modify or end the scheme with reasonable notice and update these terms (we'll email you), but the drop rates (1 per coffee, 3 per cocktail, 1 per glass of wine or pint of draught) and redemption costs (10 for coffee, 30 for cocktail) won't change. Data & Privacy: We collect your email/data to run your account and track drops—see our Privacy Policy at [insert link] for full details—and we'll email you about your account and marketing (you can opt out of marketing anytime). Liability: We're not liable for lost drops due to tech issues, your failure to identify yourself at purchase, or any consequential losses, but obviously we're liable for death/injury from our negligence and fraud as required by law.
