HOW IT WORKS

EARNING DROPS

1 Drop for every coffee you buy 
2 Drops for every cocktail you buy

1 Drop for every glass of wine or pint of beer

REDEEMING DROPS

10 Drops = 1 free coffee
30 Drops = 1 free cocktail

When you've got enough Drops, just tell us when you order (via the QR code ordering system or at the bar) and we'll sort you out.

HOW TO JOIN?

1. Scan the QR code
Scan the QR code, log in, and order. Your Drops rack up automatically. Easy.

Membership is free. Always has been, always will be.

THE IMPORTANT BITS

DO DROPS EXPIRE?

Nope. Never. Your Drops stay in your account as long as your account stays active. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EARNING DROPS?

That's all hot coffees over £3, any cocktail over £12 from our menu and all wine and draught beer/cider

WHAT DOESN'T EARN YOU DROPS?

Spirits, soft drinks, food, and cake don't earn Drops.

CAN I USE DROPS WITH OTHER PROMOS?

No. Drops can't be combined with other discounts or promotions. One deal at a time.

DO FREE DRINKS EARN MORE DROPS?

No. When you redeem Drops for a free coffee or cocktail, that free item doesn't earn you more Drops. That would just be us giving ourselves free stuff forever, and we're not that generous.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY LOYALTY CARD?

Sorry—we can't add Drops retrospectively. You need to identify yourself at the time of purchase. Make it a habit and you'll never miss out.

CAN I TRANSFER DROPS TO A FRIEND?

No. Your Drops are yours. One account per person, no sharing, no transferring. Keep it personal.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Keep your login details safe. If you think your account's been compromised, email us immediately at hello@spillbar.co.uk. You're responsible for your account security, so don't share your login with anyone.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@spillbar.co.uk. When you cancel, you lose all your Drops. No getting them back, so make sure you've used them first.

We can also cancel your account if you break the rules, commit fraud, create multiple accounts, or try to manipulate the system. If we cancel your account, you lose all your Drops. No exceptions.

WILL THE SCHEME CHANGE?

We do reserve the right to modify or end the scheme if needed, and we'll give you reasonable notice if that happens. We might also add new ways to earn or redeem Drops in the future—who knows.

YOUR DATA

We need your email to run your account and track your Drops. We'll also send you updates about your account and marketing emails (you can opt out of marketing anytime—there's an unsubscribe link in every email).
