Right, so we've done something either brilliant or absolutely stupid. We're handing the bar over to Caroline & Liz from WalkWorks for an entire evening.
Here's the thing: they run a walking business. They know footpaths, hills, and sensible hiking boots. What they don't know? How to pour a pint. How to make a cocktail. How to use our till. Literally anything about running a bar.
This is going to be chaos. Beautiful, hilarious chaos.
